In the past three days, I had more meat and rice than usual because the Korean food was so good. So I was trying to balance out with less eats today.
First, I had cherries for breakfast as planned.
Guess what happened next?
My boss brought two boxes of doughnuts. Shoot!
How can I stay away from it!?
I tried to cut portion. Maybe these three is equal to one regular size.
lunch: papaya salad from Khun 9 Thai
Although it’s only vegetable and shrimp, I got pretty satisfied.
Around 3pm, I had another mini doughnut. Bad!
On the way home, I suddenly wanted a glass of chill white wine.
I spontaneously stopped by a liquor store and grabbed a bottle of chardonnay.
dinner: tarako spaghetti + chardonnay
Mmmm, did I consume more calories after all???
