We learned Italian Christmas Menu. In Italy, people celebrate Christmas with seafood dishes. Interesting!

Simply enjoying fresh vegetables with high quality olive oil and sea salt.

Grilled Provolone Baguette with drizzle of Truffle Honey
Uniquely delicious combination!

Cod, shrimp, clam, squid wrapped in foil and baked in oven. Absorbing juice with baguette and finishing the best part.

Dolce: Panna Cotta with Raspberry Sauce
I am surprised how simple it is made and how delicious it tastes.
