At Home, My Cooking

Osso Buco for Valentine Dinner

I was going to cook Valentine Dinner tomorrow but changed my mind once we went grocery shopping and got all ingredients in the fridge.

Opening a bottle of Justin Cabernet Sauvignon and pairing with Fromager D’Affinois. I am so glad that he loves the cheese.

Osso Buco & Simple Salad

Cooked meat for 1.5 hours and came out so tender. Seasoning wise, it was a little bland.

Only veal shank is available at Bristol Farms and it’s expensive!

I like the one with truffle better, but this is good as well.

Valentine gift. These electronic salt & pepper grinders make my cooking easier 🙂

breakfast: Egg Salad Open Sandwich + coffee

lunch: Squid Ink Spaghetti with Shrimp
