Dashi Broth for Japanese Cuisine

My girlfriends learned how to make dashi broth & Japanese dishes in a cooking class and wanted to practice. So we had a party of Japanese Cuisine.

We had five dishes ready on the table after three hours three women spent in the kitchen.

We actually forgot to add soy sauce and sake, which means this rice was seasoned only dashi and salt on fish. Amazingly, it tasted good.

Pretty and delicious.

Interesting dish that green tea & red beans came across with mascarpone & rum.
