Mexican Baked Stuff

Breakfast: Dulce de Leche Croissant, Chocolate Concha, Trader Joe’s Coffee
This morning he woke up and shouted, “shoot!” “I forgot to roast beans.” I was still sleepy and said, “Don’t worry. We have back-up beans.” The coffee was ok, but the croissant from a Mexican Bakery was pretty good.

Lunch: Instant Miso Ramen with cabbage, wakame seaweed, egg and green onion + mekabu seaweed
Yes, I love seaweed.

Afternoon: Tres Leches Cake from the Monarca Bakery.
So milky and so good.

Dinner: My fried rice and toon tofu
