21 Hour Fasting

First Yoga practice after 10 month break killed my body yesterday. It’s good that now I’m aware how much I need yoga. I was totally out of breath and balance. Too exhausting to have dinner or anything…

Around 10am this morning, I had water, banana and yogurt after 21 hour fasting. Feels great actually.
