This Cauliflower Flitter is so light and fluffy. Perfectly seasoned with anchovy and Italian parsley.

Primo Piatto: Pasta alla Boscaiola
Lumberjack Style Pasta with a lot of Portobello Mushrooms. Dried porcini gives a nice flavor too.

Secondo Piatto: Salmone e Patate al Forno
It looks pretty and tastes delicious.

Strawberry Jam Tart is simply good.
