Nijiya’s Aji Fry is Bad…

Breakfast: Blueberry Pancake + Coffee

Lunch: Nikujaga, Green Beans, Rice

Dinner: Aji Fry, Cabbage, Carrot, Bean Sprouts, Onion Miso Soup

He had fried chicken and soon tofu instead. My aji fry tastes so tough and old. It’s probably leftover from yesterday at Nijiya Market 😦

Tom Yum Noodle @ Bowl Thai

After three days I am already tired of my food. It’s expectable and Japanese cuisine is seasoned relatively mild. Maybe I am missing heat like in New Mexican food.

Tom Yum Noodle $8.59
I think they made it spicier than before, but it was nothing comparing to green chile stew at ABQ. So delicious.

Adovada Quesadillas @ Super Local Drive-In

img_0462
Oh Oh! Did I misresearch? I was not sure this is the one we came for.

img_0463
It was a cute restaurant with a cute elder lady serving by herself.

Guy was here!

Mine: Carnitas Quesadillas $10
Last thing on my “To Eat” list was Adovada. The lady tells me that Adovada is same as carnitas. Really?

img_0468
Wow, this is best quesadillas in my life! “Adovada” is well braised and chunky.

img_0467
His: Fish Taco $10

Although my quesadilla was so delicious, I regret not going to a New Mexican restaurant and having sopaipilla & green chili stew for the last meal in NM.

Now we have two and a half hours left in Albuquerque.

Going up again. A long line there. Shoot!

img_0472
Waited for 10 minutes. Since the line didn’t move at all, we shift to other way to enjoy.
