Siamese Food on Friday Night

Breakfast
I started low carb breakfast. Granola contains some sugar but it is much better than muffins or pastries. It will be fruit and yogurt or smoothie eventually.

Lunch
I try to have smaller potion of rice with vegetables.

Dark chocolate is ok to consume.

He said, “I want to have Siamese food for dinner.” So we went to Siam Chan.
