I added grape tomatoes with olive oil & balsamic vinegar and microwave cookable brussels sprouts from Trader Joe’s to Creamed Salmon & Red Pepper that I prepared on Saturday. I cooked Soon Tofu for my husband and I had a little bit too.

Day 5: 131 lb (-2.0 lb), body fat 26%
