Delicious Soba @ Meiji Seimen

When getting up at my friend’s house after the girls night, I found out that she got fever. Oh no!

She offered Ama-Zake (Sweet Sake) for me not to get sick.

Before leaving for LA, I stopped by a restaurant, Meiji Seimen that a friend claims as the best noodle restaurant. They make their own soba, udon and ramen. Seimen means “noodle making.”
