Merry Christmas 2016

We spent Christmas Day at home just two of us.

Dinner: Green Chile Stew updated with more chicken broth & diced tomatoes
It’s milder but I still need guacamole to cool down my mouth

Make-Ahead Meal Diet Day 16: 130.5lb (-2.5lb), body fat 28%
*Although I consume sugar and carbs more than instructed, I lost 0.5lb than yesterday.
