Lunch: Miso Mayo Chicken with Carrot, Cucumber & Shiso, Ginger Eggplant

Bacon & Tomato Rice

Before dinner: Cheese, Edamame, Seaweed Snack + Italian White

Dinner: Ginger Pork with Shredded Cabbage & Tomato, Cucumber & Shiso

What I have for lunch and dinner is all make-ahead meals. No hectic to prepare meals during week. I like it 🙂

Dessert: A piece of Godiva
