Lunch: Shio Pork & Bok Choy, Spicy Bean Sprouts, Meatball & Broccoli in Yogurt Sauce, Kimchi Fried Rice + Green Tea

Late afternoon: Rice Cracker

A bite of mac & cheese
He was off for Martin Luther King Jr. and went to get New Mexican food from a food truck in Culver City.

Dinner: Tomato Soup
He made it from scratch. It tastes fresh. Very delicious.

Grilled Cheese with Prosciutto, Caramelized Onion & Cheddar
This is his special grilled cheese. I don’t care how much carbs I take today!

More carbs
He brought Sopapilla back from the truck. It’s not on the menu, but he asked. They actually had fried one. I think it should be eaten as fresh as possible. It was already tough and dry. Not good at all. I will go to the truck next time.
