Breakfast: Blueberry, Cream Pan + Coffee
I used to eat this cream pastry almost every week. Recently I crave carbs so much. This is something I allow myself to enjoy today.
I had a lot of vegetables and no carbs to balance out.
Dinner: Olive, Ponzu Bell Pepper, Broccoli, Tarako (Cod Roe) Spaghetti with Baby Kale & Spinach + Chardonnay
Oh no, I still crave carbs. I made a half portion of pasta.
Then I crave sugar.
