The party was held in a banquet room and nearly 300 people attended. Usually for a big party, good food and service can’t be expected. However, everything was presented perfectly here. I truly enjoyed all seasonal and local ingredients, such as uni, toki salmon and potatoes too 🙂

A Christmas Party

We hosted a cozy christmas party.

I suggested everyone to assemble his/her own dessert with pie crust, chestnut cream, whipped cream and gold flakes. These are 3 best looking ones.
