He woke me up to watch French Open Tennis Final around 7:50am. It was already on the third set, but I was able to watch Rafael Nadal became 10 times champion there. We were so happy for him!
Starter: Blue Corn Tortilla Chips, Chunky Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Underwood Rose Wine
All from Trader Joe’s. Guacamole is much better than expected. Greek Yogurt makes it creamy and light. I will make my own with yogurt next time.
Main: Cheesy Mexican Chicken
I knew he would enjoy this kind of dish when I saw this video. It’s easy to make and delicious 🙂
Step3. Rub chicken breast with salt, chili pepper, cumin and garlic powder.
Step4. Cut chicken and stuff cheesy thing into
I feel lazy and grumpy today. Fortunately, I have no errands or activities to rush. While he was busy watching college basketball games and Indian Wells Tennis Finals, I was in bed watching youtube all day. But I still cooked.
Breakfast @ 9am: Banana, Mini Apple Turnover x 2, Coffee
Around 3pm: Guac & Chips
He came to me and said he was very hungry. Ok. We had a small lunch so was I. I was thinking to drink wine, but didn’t since I often get headache nowadays. Btw, I love this Trader Joe’s chips, which is made out of organic blue corn (stone ground), sprouted Amaranth, quinoa and chia seeds. It not only sounds healthy and nutritious but tastes good! Only $2.99! Thank you, Trader Joe’s for the quality food.

OMG, I slept in till 12:30pm. He left for a haircut around 8:30am and went straight to tennis match. It was nice of him to keep blind and door shut. Nothing woke me up till so late 😛
He missed having lunch between haircut and tennis. I was pretty hungry as well, so we had an early dinner tonight. Later the night, we went grocery shopping to Trader Joe’s.
He cooked crispy outside & soft inside brussels sprouts in oven. So good. We tried a new Trader Joe’s product, Pollo Asado. Easy to cook but tastes ok.
Went to see the fireworks at a golf course near by. It was kinda short and we all were like “Is that it???”
