Today is second and last day of Vietnamese Noodle Week, my boss and I planned out.
lunch special: patty soup rice noodle @ Huong Vi
Sometimes all lunch specials are gone if you arrive late. So I called them to save two bowls for us.
These patties remind me of yakitori tsukune (meatballs). It tastes so good 🙂
